Find Quick Answers To Common Questions About Our Modular Building Solutions, Processes And Services.

Meridian delivers high-performance volumetric buildings using heavy-gauge steel frames. We supply turnkey modular solutions for residential, commercial, and institutional developments across Canada, with a focus on speed, quality, and scalability.

Volumetric modular construction involves manufacturing fully enclosed building modules in a controlled factory environment. These modules are shipped to the site and rapidly assembled into complete structures, minimizing weather delays, improving quality control, and reducing overall construction timelines by up to 40%

Modular projects can be delivered 30–40% faster than conventional builds. While site work occurs, modules are built offsite in parallel, compressing the overall construction timeline significantly.

We specialize in delivering mid- to high-rise modular buildings, with the capacity to support towers up to 30 storeys. Our portfolio includes: Multi-unit residential and affordable housing Workforce and seniors housing Transitional and supportive housing Healthcare clinics and educational facilities Emergency response and remote-access infrastructure Commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments Our strength lies in high-density, vertical construction, combining global production capacity with Canadian-certified modular engineering.

Meridian leverages a global manufacturing network with CSA-certified facilities, allowing us to deliver up to 20,000 units per month. All modules are built to Canadian standards and inspected to meet or exceed CSA A277, A660, and W47.1 certifications.

Modules are shipped via ocean freight in fully enclosed form, not as raw steel or flat-packs. This ensures efficient on-site erection and qualifies them under distinct customs classifications, avoiding tariffs associated with raw steel imports.
